The prime ministers of Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will attend the summit of the heads of presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation on Monday whereas Pakistan will likely be represented by its parliamentary secretary for overseas affairs, the Ministry of Exterior Affairs (MEA) has mentioned.
