Facebook on Monday announced the acquisition of Kustomer, a buyer relationship administration start-up, for an undisclosed sum.

CRM instruments assist shoppers handle their communications with clients by way of cellphone, e mail, textual content or direct messages in particular apps, comparable to WhatsApp or Messenger.
