A D.C. murder detective was killed by his spouse, who then fatally shot herself at their dwelling in Waldorf, Maryland, in line with Charles County police.

Timothy Eugene Francis, 50, and his spouse Christina Lynn Francis, 41, have been discovered Friday of their dwelling, police say.
